Another good year for our clients, thanks to generous businesses.

Support for Going to a good home, Hyndburn, poverty relief Charity, has been well received yet again this year from our very generous business sponsors. Donations of new and used sofas and beds were greatly received from Hyndburn business Furnimax furniture Megastore and Midlands based Sofa Utopia, along with smaller Rishton shifters removals and SK secondhand stores based in Burnley. When stores sell new sofas and beds there is inevitably a hot lead for a domination to our charity, which we are grateful for the stores exploiting this and indeed giving their own time and transport cost delivering them to us. On a plus side to the businesses many of the sofas and beds would end up in landfill so they are improving the green credentials by recycling and indeed in some cases saving on very expensive commercial waste disposal.

We are also grateful for financial donations made by Furnimax.

Going to a good home is all about seeking win win situations for the whole community.
